    • Led the vetting and selection process for an experiential agency from a pool of 5+ candidates, evaluating creative capabilities, cost efficiency, and ability to scale across national PGA tournaments

    • Partnered with SoHo experiential and Dining Out to concept and produce a full suite of premium experiential assets, including modular branded bars, event kits, and transportable crates used at 8+ PGA tournaments annually

    • Oversaw fabrication the scalable setup that reduced rebuild costs year-over-year while elevating brand presence across all tournaments

    • Ensured all creative assets met internal brand guidelines and maximized visibility, driving a consistent look and feel across multiple consumer touchpoints per tournament

    • Managed end-to-end logistics for multiple PGA tournaments per year including coordination between tournament operations teams, the experiential agency, tournament concessionaires, and internal marketing stakeholders

    • Oversaw all load-in/load-out logistics, secured credentials, coordinated on-site build times, and ensured alignment with each course’s regulation, resulting in zero activation delays across all events.

    • Collaborated with the experiential agency to hire, schedule, and train 6-8 trained promo staff members per tournament, enabling high-volume sampling and consumer education.

    • Worked with concessionaire partners to finalize cocktail menus, coordinate product ordering, and deliver branded signage and assets across 8-10 bars per tournament, increasing brand visibility and impressions

    • Managed Pro-Am gifting opportunities, distributing 100–200 bottles per selected tournaments to VIP participants to reinforce brand giftability 

    • Oversaw all other sponsorship components, including digital assets like LED boards, video graphics, and social graphics all while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

    • Served as the marketing lead supporting regional sales teams in host markets, developing “soak and surround” events around each PGA tournament

    • Coordinated 10-15 supporting market events per tournament, including tastings, pairing dinners, happy hours, meet-the-maker tasting and bottle signings, and more

    • Provided sales teams with turnkey POS kits, including printed collateral, event signage, swag, and social promotion assets

    • Managed cross-functional communication and approvals to ensure all events were aligned with brand strategy and the overarching tournament presence

ARENA + NBA SPONSORSHIPS

    • Led ongoing management of the Garrison Brothers branded bar inside Toyota Center, overseeing conception, design approvals, and operational execution to ensure premium, cohesive brand representation

    • Managed all in-arena brand integrations including LED ribbon presence to IPTV and concourse signage, maximizing visibility across high-traffic fan touchpoints

    • Oversaw sampling strategy and onsite activations at Rockets home games and arena events, coordinating logistics, staffing, compliance, and product flow to drive liquid-to-lips and product awareness

    • Managed creative development for PA reads, digital ads, and social inclusions, collaborating with Rockets marketing to align messaging with brand tone and campaign priorities

    • Managed hospitality assets including suite nights, ticket allocations, and appearances by Rockets Legends, using them strategically for partner cultivation engagement

    • Served as the primary liaison with Rockets and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, streamlining communication and accelerating approvals for all creative, legal, and operational requests
